**A strange flask**
  *These load in Fornost. The Alchemist, behind the hidden 'bookcase' in the library, makes these randomly every few ticks, and drops them. They decay after nine ticks. You can have up to three of these affecting you at once, although you cannot have more than one potion affecting each stat (this means that if, for instance, you already have a potion affecting your strength, and you try to quaff a potion that affects your strength AND your constitution, you will not gain //either// benefit). The effects seem to be completely random, with no way to tell what they do other than identify (or by quaffing them). Each potion has three stages, each of which can last between 2 and 20 ticks; the first stage has the maximum effect, the second is a lesser effect, and the third stage is lesser still. The effects can be bonuses (or minuses!) between 1 and 14 to one or two of any of the following:
