BOIL, CASSEROLE, COOKING

There are different ways to cook in MUME.

Cooking with a pan: Most meat, from land-animals or fish, found in the wild will be raw. It is possible to increase both its nurishment value and its lifetime by cooking.

For cooking with a pan you must hold a pan, have raw meat in your inventory, and a fire or fireplace must be in the room. You then can:

> cook meat

If the piece of meat is not small and you have salt in your inventory the meat will automatically get cured (which makes it last even longer).

Meat from humanoids does not cook well.

Cooking with a casserole: To cook with a casserole you need a casserole, some suitable liquid in it, a fire or fireplace, and fitting ingredients as raw meat, spices as pepper, and other add-ons as leaves or berries.

> boil casserole

The result you obtain depends on the combination of items used (means: your recipe) and on your cooking skills. As with everything: the more you cook the better you will become!
