Flask of miruvor

Does anyone know around what percent chance you have to get miruvor for each item? Gray's old info said 20-25% chance regardless of item, but I suspect you're more likely to get it for some things than for others. - Belamir

In my experience he allmost allways give you miruvor for “larger” evil items, like those listed above, if you haven't given him many items before. After you've given him a bunch of them it gets quite rare to get a miruvor, you get one for every 10th item or so. - Aralos

Very random with miruvor. Can sometimes get 1 miruvor for each item you bring him (fell blade or up) and sometimes you get no miruvor even if you bring hime like 40k worth of good stuff. The % is near 100 for artefacts though. Also, Erestor is way more generous with handing out miruvor than Ecthelion. - Staub

Fine elven ropes can be recovered from the botom of the slope! Tie rope, climb down and get rope: normally it would say “A sturdy rope is bound at the opposite end.” but when you do it with the fine rope you get “As you give a pull to the rope, it comes loose. You get a fine elven rope. Only the owner of the rope (the one who did thq quest) can do this.”
